Currently we produce only continuous installations and do not deliver batch installations  due to their higher operational costs and manual labour. We deliver mostly large scale continuous plants with daily capacities more than 20 tons.  The presented below video's remain here just for illustration of the pyrolysis processes.

  Municipal Solid Waste                                               Medical Waste      

The most "difficult wastes" - Municipal Solid Waste and Medical Waste (multicomponent mixtures with variable composition) - were chosen to demonstrate the pyrolysis units in operation.

Medical waste pyrolysis:

You will be watching batch medical waste processing facility employing scheme with one pyrolyser and two internal baskets: Prior to pyrolysis the waste is uniformly shredded and then compacted; for this purpose initial dangerous medical waste is initially sterilized:

• Sterilization section of the facility
• Preparation of the sterilized waste; general view of the pyrolysis installation
• Unload and cleaning of the pyrolyser basket 1
• Transfer of basket 1 to load spot
• Pyrolyser basket 2 was loaded and "sits" in the pyrolyser; start-up: burner, control panel
• Process finished: oil is transferred from the pyrolyser to temporary tank before filtration
• Oil sampling: ph=7 (neutral)
• Unit' s filter
• Demonstration of filtration of the recovered oil: transparent liquid (example with simple coffee filter)
• Oil burning test
• Final products: carbon black and oil to customers (outdoor pump to load truck)

The honey-coloured oil was directly recovered from the process and not after a special post-treatment. Simple filtration just removes carbon particles producing transparent light-yellow fuel oil.
